You can register your return through our Returns Portal. Please enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase and follow the steps shown in the portal.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both domestic and international returns.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

1. Open the Returns Portal and enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
2. Follow the steps shown in the portal.
3. Select the item you would like to return.
4. Return shipping costs apply to returns of both national and international orders.
5. Once your return request has been registered, you will receive an email with further instructions.
6. After your return has arrived and has been checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

1. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
2. Tags, labels, seals or protective materials must not be removed, where applicable.
3. Items must be returned complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.
4. Return shipping costs apply to returns of both national and international orders.
