2. Enter your name, order number and email address.
3. Confirm your declaration in the portal.
4. After submitting your withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email, including the date and time of your withdrawal request.
5. We will review your request and inform you about the next steps.

The withdrawal is a legal declaration. If your order has already been delivered, the physical return of the goods may be required as a separate step.
